Do you accept Western Union or MoneyGram?
Plese email us here if you want to pay by Western Union. We don't accept MoneyGram. The minimum order amount for Western Union is $200.
How do you ship the Holos?
The Holos are shipped either via FedEx, UPS, DHL or EMS.
How long would it take for delivery?
It will take about 2-3 business days, depending on the shipper used. Weekends and public holidays do not count as a business day.
Do I get a tracking number once the Holos are shipped?
You will receive the tracking number as soon as we have it. We will e-mail it to your e-mail address on file.
Can I have the holos mailed to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately no. We are unable to send them to a P.O. Box.
Do you guarantee your product?
Yes, we do. We stand behind every product we sell. Please e-mail us at [email protected] if you have any issues.
Do you do customized holos?
Yes, we do, but there will be an extra charge. The charges will depend on what you need to be done. Please e-mail us at [email protected] for more info.
We do have other types of holos if you need them. Holos with birds, for example.
Do you sell IDs?
